Luke Southern died in his Mother's arms Sept 9,1999 yet the man who shot him still walks the streets of Nacadoches Texas.
Three DA's have been in office since that shooting yet no trial has been set and no one will sit with the Mother and tell her why the man who shot her son has not been punished.
After talking with a Lufkin attorney we were told the best course of action would be to send this to the media and hopefully they could get some answers.
Will you help Vicky Southern get the answers she deserves?
A reporter with the Nacodoches Daily Sentinel tjacobs@dailysentinel.com is working on this but no headway yet except to have the DA admit that the file has been lost BUT the case should be able to be recreated from the police reports, shouldn't it?
